Good Questions, Honest Answers
Everything San Angelo neighbors usually want to know before their first visit — and if we missed one, just call.
What areas around San Angelo do you serve?
We're based in San Angelo (76903) and cover about a 20-mile reach. That's the whole city, from Santa Rita, downtown and the Fort Concho area to College Hills, the Bluffs, Bentwood, the Southland area and the homes around Goodfellow AFB, plus Lake Nasworthy, Grape Creek, Carlsbad, Veribest, Wall and Christoval. If you live just outside that circle, call anyway; for a longer list we can usually make the drive work.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Most jobs can be priced from two or three photos and a quick phone call. Bigger or harder-to-predict work gets a free visit so we can see it in person. Either way, you have a firm number before anything goes on the calendar.
Do you charge by the hour or by the job?
By the job whenever possible, so the total is settled before we begin. For open-ended punch-list days we agree on a rate and a rough scope together first. If the work goes faster than planned, you pay less, not more.
Are your pros licensed and insured?
Yes. The work is done by insured local pros who hold the licenses and registrations required in Texas for the job at hand, so electrical and plumbing connections are handled by licensed tradespeople. Ask us anything before we start.
What kinds of jobs do you take on?
The everyday repair and upkeep list: drywall and plaster patches, door adjustments, TV and shelf mounting, furniture assembly, ceiling fans and light fixtures, dimmers and smart switches, faucet, toilet and disposal repairs or replacements, fence and gate work, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, paint touch-ups, garage storage, smart home devices and seasonal maintenance. Send everything, small items included, and we'll build one visit around it.
We just moved to Goodfellow. Can you help us get set up fast?
Yes, and we do it often. Military families arriving on orders usually want the same things in the first week: furniture assembled, TVs mounted, curtain rods and shelves hung, smart locks and doorbells installed, and the small problems in a new house or rental fixed before the boxes are unpacked. Tell us your move-in date and we'll schedule around it. When orders come again, we can handle the patching and touch-ups for move-out too.
Can you help after a hailstorm?
We handle the smaller damage that tends to follow a big storm here: dented or loose gutters and downspouts, broken fence boards and gate latches, cracked light covers, torn window screens, and the cleanup of siding, walks and patios. Roofing itself belongs with a roofer and your insurance adjuster, but we're glad to take care of everything around it and to note what we see so you have it for your claim.
Can I just text you a photo?
Please do. A close-up shot, one from across the room and a sentence about the problem are usually enough for a firm price, and they help us bring the right parts the first time. It saves you a visit and saves us a second trip to the store on Sherwood Way.
How far out are you booked?
Small jobs can usually be fit in within the week. Longer lists sometimes take a bit more lead time, because we'd rather block out enough hours to finish everything in one visit than leave half of it for later. When you call, we'll give you an honest time window, not an all-day wait.
Got a list? Let's shorten it.
One quick call or text gets you a real price and a real arrival time — usually within the week.
